Король Голландии Виллем-Александр обратился к нации. Король заявил о кончине социального государства образца второй половины 20 века. На его место грядёт новое, невиданное общество - "participation society".
Граждане нового общества должны будут сами копить и инвестировать средства для своего соц.обеспечения. Государство устраняется от этих проблем.
