imed3Имед3 сообщает своим читателям информацию МИД Республики Объединенных Субъектов относительно процесса исполнения Конвенции Монтевидео 1933 года на основании сообщения министра Андрея Молева.
Согласно этих данных в настоящее время Конвенция Монтевидео 1933 года передана на депонент из минюста в министерство иностранных дел Республики.
Это означает, что по данному документу будет приниматься решение кабинета относительно шагов по международному согласованию участия РОС в данной Конвенции или по внутреннему участию в реализации ее основных Критериев.
К настоящему времени Республикой исполнены два Критерия из четырех - существует правительство и идет процесс формирования правительства в широком значении этого понятия ввиде провозглашения двухпалатного Парламента Республики, работает министерство иностранных дел, после завершения внутренней процедуры верификации получившее ведущую роль в разработке и реализации плана реализации Критериев Конвенции. Министерство будет предпринимать необходимые шаги, нацеленные на создание условий подписания и подготовку внесения Конвенции для ратификации Парламентом РОС.
Министр так же отмечает что решения по оставшимся двум критериям Конвенции - гражданству и территориям будут принимать заинтересованные структуры Республики - прежде всего это МВД и Парламент.
К компетенции МВД и минюста отнесены решением главы правительства вопросы реализации Критерия Конвенции о гражданстве, населении Республики, ведение вопроса о территории скорей всего примет на себя парламент Республики, находящийся в настоящее время в стадии формирования.
